If you would have told me a year ago that during the coming pandemic certain products would be flying off the shelves, I wouldn’t have been surprised.
Hand sanitizer, canned goods, even toilet paper – sure.
But flour? I didn’t see the collective need for sourdough coming. Nor did the team at a 200 year old flour company in New England, who have been working around the clock to fill orders that are up over 600%.
