Returning to Form

One of my favorite things about having a blog space is that it can serve as a reminder to me. In today’s case, it’s serving as a reminder to stay on track for my yearly goals. 2017 is already 1/3 finished, and while I’m nailing some of my goals, some have fallen to the wayside. Today I’m recommitting.

 

My biggest challenge has been keeping up my routine as I’ve moved around. I’ve shifted my life from Florida to Vancouver, and then further shifted from living in my apartment to moving in with relatives after a minor flood. Not good. Keeping a routine in place while moving settings is challenging for sure, so I’m trying to be proactive here and setting a schedule I can follow. Writing here is just one small part of that.

Now, off to the gym!
